ProMotion is a Small Fitness Venue that specializes in alternative fitness. We offer Fun Small group fitness classes for people of all ages, and all different likes of fitness with one theme in common, Results. The energy of a small group fitness classes, driven by music, laughter and community that support one another with encouragement and accountability is like no other fitness facility around.
Each one of our amazing instructors have amazing backgrounds in Gymnastics, Dance, Zumba, H.I.T.T., Yoga, Crossfit, Wrestling and Aerial Trapeze. Everyone at ProMotion provides a unique fitness experience while providing a fun and safe environment that makes every class a great experience with your goals in mind.Â
ProMotion uses a variety of different fitness genres to create an alternative exciting Fit Experience. ProMotion provides classes such as Fusion Fit, Silver Sneakers, Fun Fit Kids, Yoga, Hoop Dance, Dancing 4 Birth, and GUT DRILL. We are also very excited to provide the one-of-a-kind Fly Bungee Bootcamp and Aerial Arts, an experience that you won’t find anywhere else in Tulsa and surrounding areas.

FUSION FITNESS
Each class is different. For those who like the challenge of Boot Camp, the sweat from cardio, the fun of Dance and working with props (Stability and Bosu Balls, Resistance bands, Hula Hoops, and Drum sticks) THIS IS WHAT YOU’VE BEEN LOOKING FOR! We combine strength training, Stretching, Dance, Yoga, Cardio, Agility and a whole lot of fun into high intensity workout experience. (This class is 40 minutes long, you must be at least 13 years of age to register for these classes. You must not be pregnant or recovering from any surgeries. Before any type of exercise or fitness routine you should consult your physician.

YOGA
Restorative: This is a beginner to advanced style class, as modifications are made to the level of everyone. This class is 60 minutes)
Hoop Yoga: Combining the hoop with Yoga poses adds balance, extends stretches and helps rotate the torso, creating body awareness in a playful new form of exercise. Adding breath to the movements, by inhaling as the hoop moves away from the body and exhaling when the hoop comes close to the body stimulates circulationadding oxygen to the brain and energizes the bodyand cardiovascular activity.

BUNGEE FITNESS
Fly Bungee Fitness: We combine a little strength training, Stretching, Dance, Yoga, Cardio and a whole lot of fun while hooked to a bungee from the ceiling. This allows this best workout possible and avoid getting injured.
Fly Fit is an ingenious workout for everyone. The resistance the bungees provide allows a wonderful low impact experience along with muscle toning and high cardio at the same time. Once you try a Fly Bungee Workout you will want to add it to your regular workout routine. Classes are 60 minutes and limited to 6 spots per class. You must be 13 years of age and between 90lbs and 240lbs to register for these classes. You must not be pregnant or recovering from any surgeries. Before any type of exercise or fitness routine you should consult your physician.

AERIAL AND FLOW ARTS
Infinite Circles Hoop Dance:This class is FUN way to get moving! This is a great class for those who love music, dance and self-expression. This alternative fitness option is fantastic for everyone who is looking for low impact form of exercise that incorporates range of motion, muscle toning and cardio. You must be at least 13 years of age and like music and fun.

GUT DRILL
This class includes Advanced drills that will focus on improving athletic performance for the more advanced athletes. Cardio, conditioning, strength, movement and various body exercises as a team. The athletes will have to face challenges to achieve goals and will improve their overall health.
This class is 60 - 90 minutes long, you must be at least 13 years of age to register for these classes. You must not be pregnant or recovering from any surgeries. Before any type of exercise or fitness routine you should consult your physician.

DANCING FOR BIRTH
Join a weekly Dancing For Birth™ class now and gain support that extends all the way through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. With each class you’ll learn techniques that support a safer, easier birth, and you’ll increase your confidence for empowered, enjoyable birth and mothering.
Dancing is a fun and gentle exercise that everyone can enjoy, even if you’ve been told you have two left feet! This is the perfect time to connect with your body and your baby through movement and awareness. You have primal and powerful birth instincts within you, awaiting activation. You’ll be surprised at the numerous benefits for your pregnancy, your birth, your baby and your postpartum recovery.
